  • Hiring from RecoveryTec is straightforward. Simply fill out the contact form on our website and we'll be in touch to confirm availability and arrange delivery. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your surgery is coming up soon.

    We deliver and set up the equipment at your home across Christchurch and surrounding areas — delivery and pickup is an additional $40. If you're in Lincoln or Belfast you're also welcome to collect and drop off directly. For those further afield, we ship nationwide and equipment can be couriered back at the end of your hire.

    When we drop off, we'll walk you through exactly how to use everything so you feel confident from day one. Full instructions are also included with all equipment, and we're always happy to answer questions over the phone if you need a hand.

    The CryoPush is simple to use — just fill the reservoir with water and ice (or reusable ice packs, which work just as well) and you're good to go. We have wraps available for knee, ankle, shoulder and full leg, so whatever your surgery or injury we've likely got you covered.

    Hire is weekly and you can extend your booking if availability admits — just let us know as soon as you think you might want to extend. There's no bond or deposit required.

We're always happy to help you get started if you need guidance.

    We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — so even if your surgery is coming up soon, it's always worth reaching out.

    Once confirmed, we'll arrange a delivery time that works for you. When we drop off the equipment we'll walk you through everything so you're confident using it from day one.

    There's no bond or deposit required — just the hire fee when we confirm your booking.

  • All of our equipment is hired at the same rate — $120 for the first week and $80 for each additional week. There are no bonds or deposits required.

    Delivery & pickup For Christchurch and surrounding areas, we deliver and collect the equipment from your home for an additional $40. If you're in Lincoln or Belfast, you're also welcome to collect and drop off directly at no extra charge.

    For those outside of Christchurch, we ship nationwide. Courier costs will vary depending on your location — just get in touch and we can give you an exact figure.

    Extending your hire Recovery doesn't always go to plan, and that's okay. If you need the equipment for longer than expected, just let us know and we will do our best to make this work (depending on availability). No hassle.
