We deliver and set up the equipment at your home across Christchurch and surrounding areas — delivery and pickup is an additional $40. If you're in Lincoln or Belfast you're also welcome to collect and drop off directly. For those further afield, we ship nationwide and equipment can be couriered back at the end of your hire.

When we drop off, we'll walk you through exactly how to use everything so you feel confident from day one. Full instructions are also included with all equipment, and we're always happy to answer questions over the phone if you need a hand.

The CryoPush is simple to use — just fill the reservoir with water and ice (or reusable ice packs, which work just as well) and you're good to go. We have wraps available for knee, ankle, shoulder and full leg, so whatever your surgery or injury we've likely got you covered.

Hire is weekly and you can extend as many times as you need — just let us know. There's no bond or deposit required.

The CryoPush uses the same technology as clinic-grade cold compression systems like the Game Ready — combining consistent cold therapy with adjustable compression. The difference is cost and convenience. Clinic machines can cost thousands to purchase, which is why hiring one at home for the duration of your recovery makes far more sense.

The science behind it is well established. Research has shown that swelling after surgery directly inhibits the quadriceps — a phenomenon called arthrogenic muscle inhibition — and that reducing that swelling through cold compression therapy can restore muscle activation. This is why cold compression isn't just about comfort; it plays a direct role in how quickly you can progress your rehabilitation.

Normatec 3 Compression Boots Used by professional athletes and recommended for post-surgery recovery, the Normatec 3 uses dynamic air compression to improve circulation, flush out waste products and reduce muscle soreness. Great for DOMS after training, lymphoedema management, or general recovery and wellbeing.

Compex 6.0 Muscle Stimulator A clinic-grade electrical muscle stimulator that keeps your muscles active when you can't load them yourself. Particularly valuable when you're non-weight bearing after surgery — it helps prevent muscle atrophy and is widely used to get the quadriceps firing again after knee surgery when pain and swelling make that difficult.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Cuffs BFR training allows you to build and maintain muscle strength using very light loads — which makes it ideal when you're limited in what you can lift or load after surgery. Our cuffs are high-tech Bluetooth self-calibrating units, making them safe and straightforward to use at home without needing a physio present. We're always happy to help you get started if you need guidance.
